With over 40 years of experience, her journey also includes the roles of preschool teacher, school administrator, Montessori & Early Childhood educator, and college & teacher instructor. Her core belief is that every child is special and unique with limitless potential. By empowering parents with effective principles and tools, they can better guide the unfolding of their child's full potential. Having personal experience as a mom, single mom, and stepmom, Tammy is deeply invested in making a positive impact on families. Her goal is to spread "The Guiding Mindset," to support parents through any parenting challenge to fully experiencing the joy of parenting.
